Do WaterRower NOHrD offer 0% financing? add

Yes! We have partnered with Klarna to allow you to spread the cost of your WaterRower NOHrD purchase. 0% APR finance is available on purchases over £350. Payment can be spread over 6, 12, or 24 months. Select the initial deposit that you would like to pay, this can be 10% and 50%.

How do I place an order using Klarna? add

Add the WaterRower NOHrD fitness equipment that you would like to buy to your cart. At checkout select the Klarna payment option. You will then be redirected to Klarna’s website to fill out you finance application. We will receive notification once your application has been completed.

Can I cancel or return a purchase made through Klarna? add

Yes. Paying through Klarna, you are entitled to cancel your order anytime before it is delivered. Returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your good, assuming that your WaterRower NOHrD fitness equipment remains in a saleable condition.

Do I pay more with 0% finance? add

No! With 0% finance you will pay no more than if you paid the full amount upfront.

Can I pay off my balance early? add

Yes, there is no penalty or fee for paying off your entire balance early.

Can I defer or miss a payment? add

Missing a payment means you could be charged a late payment fee, and may need to start paying interest of 18.9%. The missed payment will also appear on your credit record. If you're struggling to pay, contact Klarna to negotiate a new repayment plan.

Can I purchase multiple products in one finance application? add

Yes! Any combination of products that bring your basket total to £350 or more can be paid for through Klarna.

Does a finance application influence my credit score? add

When you apply for financing, Klarna conducts a pre-assessment. This pre-assessment will not impact your credit score. If you pass this step, Klarna will conduct a full credit check. At this stage, your credit score may be impacted. For any questions relating to the credit check process, contact Klarna’s customer support team.

My application has not been approved for 0% finance, what now? add

Applications can be declined for a whole host of reasons. Unfortunately, we are not given the reason why a customer is declined for a credit application. The authorisation process is carried out by the Klarna and WaterRower has no part in the decision. If you believe an error has been made in declining your application, please email [email protected]

I have made a finance application, what does ‘application status is REFER mean? add

The credit application has been given a refer decision which requires manual decisioning from Klarna to be either declined or accepted.

I have made a finance application, what does ‘application status is ACTION CUSTOMER mean? add

The application has been accepted, you must now pay the deposit and/or complete personal ID upload to proceed.

I have made a finance application, what does ‘application status is ACTION LENDER mean? add

The customers identity document could not be validated, and it is down to Klarna to take action.
